If they want to get rid of Sam they had best do it properly because he has a claus in his contract for 5 million if he's let go without "just cause" His contract is here

Another interesting tidbit is Steve Thorlakson, Chairman of Compensation Committee is from Fort St John (former mayor there) and where they had the prototype condenser/reactor made (coincidently?) was fined for failing to pay taxes for 3 years.
