RE:Trading GQCI am long as well but I do not agree with your assessment on what the permit will bring.  Much has changed here since 2012.  The DR has "confirmed" it is a sh!t country for investment with no certainty.  If the permit brings $1, I will be both happy and surprised.  I think the DR's mining road is a bumpy one...
