These directors have been around since 2014 and currently two of them own zero shares and combined they own 1.84 million shares which is a bit more than 1% of the share count. Management should own at least 20% of the shares and if not, that is not a good indicator and a reason for me at least to say, bye bye. So now they are looking to get up to 10% of the outstanding shares as warrants which is 16.6 million shares at near the all-time low with zero risk but all the potential upside baked in. Just my perspective but I have yet to hear from Glen and will vote accordingly. You and others are free to vote however you please.

Even companies with a stellar board is used mostly for connections etc. very little day to day contribution. Our success/failure lands squarely in Glen , Jaycee et al IMO
