KWG Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. It is focused on acquisition of interests in, and the exploration, evaluation and development of deposits of minerals including chromite, base metals and strategic minerals. The Subsidiary has identified deposits of aggregate along the route and made an application for approximately 32 aggregate extraction permits.

Yes I think Grease Monkey is accurate in his interpretation.  Winters and his wife had no kids.  Winters was a geologist and acquired 60 million shares in his travels.  If a geologist owns that many shares of a deposit and doesn't sell any??? That to me supports the theory that the mineral is prolific in nature and would be economic if liberated in any market environment.

The only stalemate is everyone is waiting on is Ford to show he is following through on his promise.  Wyloo doesn't want to build the road.  Leverage will be used on hydro as well.  Railway is going to be interesting as I am not sure what sort of arrangement is underway.  Could it be a P3 funding arrangement with natives buying a third, government owning a third and Wyloo/KWG getting the remainder.
