RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Frank Winters and Anon, TD

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Frank Winters and Anon, TDWyloo would only have to declare their share purchases once they hit the 10% threshold.  I understood they had in the 6-7% range after the purchase of NOT.  I also understood that Wyloo used TD for the NOT deal. My SWAG (Scientific Wild A-- Guess) is that TD has been buying for Wyloo and the ownership % is not yet 10%.

Something is going on behind closed doors.   RBC trying hard for a deal - that is how they get paid.  All the major players know each other and you have to believe lots of discussions.  No news out of PDAC, but based on photo evidence we know key players from KWG were there.  It is going to happen (a takeover bid).  There is a reason that everything is quiet with no management updates.  It is a waiting game until one morning when we wake up to a major news release.

Have a great weekend and GLTA.
