RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:PRC partners analysisAgree Mirror. He just can't let go. Always wants the last say. He has to hire an appropriate CEO to take us to the next level, and let him or her run with it. If not, then we will end up with the same result as the last 2 CEO's.  
Like someone else said...we need a strong CEO that will stand up to Howard, and not just be his 'whipping boy'. Please Howard...back off, and let your new CEO to do their job.
