The dirty give away of the Santa Fe claims to another company will  not reward in any meaningful manner to VG retail shareholders.  It WILL however greatly reward VG insiders who place themselves on the new company roster.  The is an easy way to isolate VG shareholders from the value of it.  Wasn't VG going to make tons of free cash flow from Eagle, they have all the books on Santa Fe numbers and could easily drill it for VG.

If you like the Santa Fe claim you better just invest in the new company.
