RE:Starting July 1st rent increases 2.95%Thanks for posting that.  ERE is trading very softly lately and quickly went from a 52 week high to a 52 week low, despite not much happening that impacts them.  I've been picking up the dip since it's trading at close to 40% discount to NAV right now!
