RE:RE:RE:Financial Institutions??? The company may purchase up to 28,885,085 million common shares on the open market. The name of the company is PI Financial Inc.

The NCIB will commence on May 3, 2022, for a period of 12 months.
All common shares purchased under the NCIB will be returned to treasury and cancelled.
And I don't get it when they want to purchase the shares after or before Consolidation...
