RE:Don't Change Horses in Mid-Stream @MisterMarket, “mid-stream” was probably 20 years ago. Cooke has been running CCM for 35 years now and there’s still no clear plan to make it happen!!!
Cooke’s horse died after twenty five years.. horses don’t live to thirty five btw, and now he is midstream without a horse.
This is shaping up to be the most interesting thing CCM shareholders have seen in a long time. Thank goodness Sun Valley brought a fresh young horse for stranded Canagold shareholders. We finally have an opportunity to bring about change !!!
Otherwise, lets brace ourselves for another 20 years of lifestyle company compensation and sloppy management. Also have you seen the proposed option plan ? A fat cat 20% in free options for management !! 10 percent is normal for well run companies that deliver for their shareholders. 20 percent for Cooke and cronies all while the stock tanked by 50 percent ? Give me a break.
