Their SPAC matches the amount needed to purchase SOP and Tamra together. Their financial records mention upfront payments that match exclusivity to SOP. Adrian Zajac may be assessing Tamra valuation or underwriting with Argo Investment Partners for a $30M earn in to the SPAC. Delays in the SPAC match delays in our deal.
