RE:RE:RE:RE:Interesting. Who go the 18 permits? not saying it will happen here but many will bleed dry and sell their projects for pennies on the dollar. Only from "Xu Gotda Bigwang" come in and operate it later in exchange for the coveted password protected briefcase. Always the country risk with these places....

They'd be stupid not to let foreign investors spend their money to prove up resources in their country. They'll let GQC, or anyone really, drill day and night if they like. Document their finds and put into their archives for later observation. It's who gets to take them out of the ground that matters.

It is encouraging that the DR has:
"recently granted 18 mining exploration licenses to various companies and individuals for different types of metallic and non-metallic materials located in eight provinces of the country."
Because it shows the DR is serious about encouraging investment in mining projects in the country. GQC has been waiting 7 years for their exploitation permit. Does the left hand know what the right hand is doing? The failure to award GoldQuest its exploitation permit is a massive contradiciton of, and repudiation of the granting of 18 exploration licenses - either GQC gets its permit soon, or the granting of the 18 exploration licenses becomes a joke.
