Annual meeting

Annual meetingCan we get stockholders to call the BKM & request a zoom meeting? And, I have some questions:

1) Does Gregory Anderson hold any shares in the company anymore? If yes, how many?

2) Who is Victor Eng? Is that John's nephew?

3) Who is William Webster? What are his qualifications? Does he own any shares?

4) Has anyone been able to reach out the Dennis C Simmons? I know he is a major shareholder and has connection to other major shareholders. What does he think about the direction of management? I get the impression, he's an undisciplined invester who has no understanding of mining. So, I think he relies on John & Erik. Can anyone on this Board reach out to him?

I can't see anyone on this Board as being a qualified or experience in the field of mining or geology. Certainly, not Erik or John!
