Long read. Saving folks who are literally drowningWith this investment, or at least trying to. Not exactly sure of why some investors put themselves into a situation such as this one, but i'm fairly certain that a severe lack of knowledge & experience play a big part in their troubles. These are folks you made a VERY bad decision, who didn't react fast enough to a changing situation or didn't bother to, falsely thinking things would improve and now are stuck regretting it for life. And most don't know what to do or how to deal with the massive losses they've incurred. I did try to warn as many as i could on the pitfalls of remaining invested here and where this would eventually end up. And my "clear" warnings did give you ample time to both think about it deeply, seriously and make an eventual decision that suited you. With everything that was transpiring, it was obvious to almost everyone (with XP), where this was headed. So the question now becomes, who's really to blame if after knowing all this, you're STILL stuck in this horrible investment which is getting worse by the day? You or the company? I think you guys know the "real" answer to that question now.
So, for those very few of you who are left here, you might be asking yourselves, why is that "pain in the buttt" Mr. Momo back here posting on this dead, useless forum once again? You know what? I'm asking that same question myself. Why even bother? Well, believe it or not, there's actually a very valid reason why i'm back here. Well, actually make that 2. One is out of the "goodness" of my heart & hating to see people lose their hard earned money WHEN I could actually STILL SAVE some of you the pain and the second reason is that SOME of you folks MIGHT be able to help in that endeavor. You see, where this help is needed is not here on this forum BUT elsewhere and i need YOUR help to do so. On SH, i've done all i've can, so either your heard what i've said here for the past year concerning this company & agreed by selling OR you didn't agree with me and decided i was full of S so you kept holding. Either way, my work here was done, there's isn't much more i can do.
To make you fully understand where i'm coming from and WHY i'm doing this, i'll give you a brief synopsis. I deal with and speak to many folks, investors both in real life, person to person, face to face AND digitally on the net like a great many of you do now......about various investments. There is this one case, where i communicate with a very young inexperienced fellow, a millennial from all accounts, who just got into investing not to long ago. In a recent conversation, to my surprise and to my amusement, he/she decided to give me a "stock tip" lol. Now this is your typical young millennial, always on the road &very mobile, never at home, always with friends on the mobile phone where he/she does everything they need to. Along with the "Robinhood" type of investing, deeply involved in stuff like crypto & pot and always following trends. So i didn't say anything not to offend or discourage and thanked the person for giving me the "stock tip". His/her final comment was to me was "check it out, it could bast off soon, maybe a 10 or 20X". Some of you know where i'm going with this, well, at least those of you who very perceptive, so take a wild guess WHICH "tip" he/she gave me? Yep, you guessed it GBLC...lol. Trust me when it tell you that when he/she sent me the message, with the ticker "GBLC" bright as day in his/her comments, i almost fell off my lazy boy.
Stick with me here as the story get better & stranger, so have your popcorn ready. Of course, i didn't say anything about it, right away anyway, and did say that i would indeed "check it out" and would get back to the person. But i did press the person to at least divulge where & how he/she came across this wondrous information & grande opportunity. According to the person, they got the "tip" through friends of friends of people who have investment groups if you will and through social networking. They said these people are heavily involved with the markets, specifically Crypto investments and different forums. When i asked which forum exactly, they said stuff like Stocktwits, Reddit and Yahoo. So with this information in hand, i decided to check out some of the commentary that was making the rounds on these social forums, out of just pure curiosity. Since, i don't have an account on any of these forums, so i could not give my "2 cents" regarding what know, so i didn't bother. But a few comments did catch my eye and this is where hopefully some of you come in.
Both the reddit & Stocktwits sites are a mess and difficult to navigate, so i didn't spend too much time on there. But the Yahoo Finance forum though not the most popular or the most trendy, is easy to navigate and what little i saw was crazy to believe if not outright sad. I didn't read ALL the comments on there as i don't have the time, patience or the will really to do so, BUT 2 recent particular comments caught my eye. Both these comments were posted in the last 48 hres on the same thread, so they're easy to spot. But to make things simple, i will post them below so you guys may know which ones they are & who posted them. They are the following....
First one is by someone called airbushelicopter & read the following "Just ask, If someone has 2.5million shares and loss 85%, Is it too much?"
Second one is by greg on the same thread in reply to the first one & read like this "I got 3.4 M shares , 90% loss. Average of 0.102$ , i just want to sell at my average price one day and never forget about those fraudsters"
Now just in case some of you folks didn't realize right away or don't at all, both these individuals put in an initial investment of at least over $150K in this crazy horrible company's stock. So if you didn't understand what my "intentions" were before, you may possibly do now. This is completely crazy people, unless both these folks are comfortable, well established millionaires, it would be completely insane to invest that sum of money in one stock otherwise, especially this particular one, with its dubious history. Now this is where some of you good folks come in. Like i said, i don't have an account on any of those sites and don't wish to create one either, so therefore these poor folks can't be warned or given the benefit of the information we have on here. So, if ANY of you folks have an account on any of those sites, i'm asking you to do a favor for all investors, and give these poor guys a chance. All you need to do is either post a link to this SH forum or at least warn them by telling them to visit the SH GBLC forum to see for themselves.....BEFORE the lose everything! Why? Because i seriously doubt these two are filthy rich millionaires and deserve what's coming........
Btw, before i end this. I did eventually get back to my friend with feedback on the "stock tip" they gave me and said the following. "I checked it out and didn't like what i saw, just too much risk for a very speculative investment imo in which you could possibly lose everything, better investments elsewhere with less risk" And then told the person, who did invest quite a sizable chunk of their money in that garbage, to visit the SH forum as there was some info on there which could help them ;). Following up by saying thank-you for the tip and if he/she had others, i'll gladly give my opinion.
The moral of the story? Be very mindful & careful by taking in counsel or following the advice of outside forces which may or may not have a great impact or consequences in whatever aspect of your daily lives. On my end, i hope i helped some of you on here.
