It is a significant sponsor of two real estate investment trusts (REITs): Morguard REIT, a closed-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of Canadian commercial real estate assets; and Morguard North American Residential REIT, an open-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of multi-suite residential assets across North America.

Agreed, they think it's an opportunity for a free ride for the rest of their lives, they cant wait for "new waves" and "variants" so the freakshow liberals will close everything again so they can stay home and get paid with the biggest moron and criminal of all at the helm still leaving things a mess, it's over! time to move on, live with it and deal with it however an individual chooses to do so but cut all the bs and go back to normal, it's a fvcking cold, get it and stay home until you get better like most of us have.
