It often happens but it's more of a rule of thumb than an exact science.... I have seen it stay at 385 and I have seen it go lower than 37 but 37 is still the pivot.... and yes Wealth often it is the first hold but if they cap 43 in due course these guys will likely fill that 34 short cover....
