Totally agree Pierre

I am a shareholder, unhappy of course with the share price but quite satisfied with the growing yield, with more to come This Year and next!

navajojoe wrote "...With interest rates just on cash now above 5%, a 4.2% dividend is NOT attractive..."

Question:  where do you get a 5% interest rate on cash?

Next question: do you take the dividend tax credit into account when comparing returns on interest and "eligible" dividends?

Last question: are you aware that WCP has already accounced that the monthly dividend payment will be increased by 22% to $0.0367 effective with the August 15th payment?

LINK to announcement

Conclusion.  With a dividend of $0.0367 monthly = $0.44 annual = 5.5% tax advantaged yield with the shares trading at $8.00
