There would likely be a residual value to that inventory and quite possibly close to its book value, -(or more), given the nature of shortages everywhere. Case in point: current parts shortages in the bus world!
The other thing that must be considered: that it may have been a precondition to winning a contract along the lines of proof of execution, (we have the parts) though if it were a contact outside of SEPTA, it sadly remains "the phantom contract" until such time as Dyment chooses to reveal "ALL".
