approching a $4 drop from its recent high of $10.30

does this 2M show strength or is it an attempt to stop the bleeding of the SP?

They are a huge beast of a company now with the poor decision of buying out Stuart Olson.

If they dont start getting some big contracts like $300M plus then nothing will stop the downward spiral.
