Likely both swing trade and redemptions. Advice I read: "There are many reasons for selling but only one for buying".

Active traders managing their own funds need to remember that fund managers have to exit a stock for more reasons than we do. So do margin players and swing traders.

The market is not reacting to fundamentals as quickly and is quite complicated for those who do not or can not keep up with data flows and technology. Buy and hold seems rather a dated strategy in this market.
