Inviolabispirit, if Heritage is pulling in $40 million in gross revenue for the year then $5.6 million in net income is too low. Like you said they have to clean up their balance sheet streamline their business and reduce their oprating expenses. The share buy back is something they should consider and reduce their long-term debt to increase shareholder value and create interest for institutions to get involved.
