RE:CR at 450Hmm, 1433 isn't really a drug per se. Since it works at the cellular level it should work 100% It is a bit of a puzzle of why the %s are as low as they are currently. It has more to do with the patients and the Clinicians that 1433, IMO. To me it means keep trying, if 1433 didn't work the first time give it another go. I hope Docs will understand that.

For this Study 2? to be successful I think the minimum %s we'd need are in the 30s. With 2 tries per patient I think that should be doable. I think Dr. M said 30% would be 'great'?
