Needles

TOU is a well-run company in my opinion.

However:

1) Interesting you just happened to put all your marbles in only one stock in a sector that has had such a great run over the past year. Wondering if you're Monday-Morning QBing in the above post...? Would have more credibility if you posted the above 8 months ago...

2) So you didn't sell at $80? TOU closed just under $69 on Friday, Be sure to let this BB know if / when you sell, as the O&G E&P sector can be quite volatile.

What can I say. I love diversification. Last time i went all in was on kl. Thank you Tony.

Interesting.....

The original TOU post above was from a person calling himself "Needles". The response given above was from "JoanWick". So it appears Needles = JoanWick (surprise!). Why the need for multiple aliases JoanNeedles? Perhaps it's because you want to make it appear that there are multiple over-the-top critics of NFG instead of just one. Well, if you're going to do that, make the posts of the two (or three, or four) different "people" at least give the appearance of being written by distinct individuals - you use the same writing style and lame attempts at jokes for both.

Second interesting observation:

You went all in on KL? Really? So, you were a big fan of Eric Sprott and Quinton Hennigh when Hennigh visited Fosterville and initally recommended KL purchase Newmarket Gold and Sprott (on Hennigh's recommendation) pushed for KL to acquire Newmarket Gold and thus Fosterville (it was not Tony Makuch) resulting in KL's share price becoming a multi-bagger over a short period of time....?

Didn't you recently post that Hennigh is a flop and Sprott is a gambler? Why would you go all in on a company who's big play was discovered and advocated by a geologist you don't respect and a man who according to you gambles his money....?  Now, I also think Hennigh is over-rated by many of his cult-like followers as NVO under his leadership has been a trainwreck like you stated. Hennigh also sold the vast majority of his NFG shares a while back, then continued his bullish commentary on the company, so I don't think much of him. I also agree Sprott is a gambler to some extent as he seems to sink money into almost any junior explorer with a pulse, but NFG is one of his biggest holdings in terms of total dollars invested. Perhaps he is throwing some of his pocket change at the likes of LAB, NFLD, SIC, KNC, and a number of others in Canada, the USA, and other countries as more of a philanthropic gesture to help these companies see what they can find given he's an advocate of precious metals. If some of them stumble onto a mineable find, he wins. If not, he can leave a legacy of giving numerous junior precious metals explorers a chance to see what they have or don't have on their hands.
