RE:RE:RE:Geologist discussing drill results

RE:RE:RE:Geologist discussing drill resultsImportant to remember - it is all about the total tons of the Santo Tomas deposit. As we can now see, Brasiles will be a player. North Zone is coming along nicely and South Zone will be reporting infill and confirmatory drilling this year. Once adding it all up becomes clear, it wil be easy to forecast a mill rate.

The Rule: A larger mill rate = higher revenue = higher NPV = Higher seling price to a Major.

Many good projects are 80,000 tons per day.

If we can hit 100,000 tons per day or better, we have a very attractive project.

My expectation is North Pit will easily support 80,000 tpd, and we have a very good shot a 150,000 tpd.

Super exciting.

Ton per day Mill            365 Days of Operation        Tons needed for 20 years
80000            29,200,000        584,000,000
100,000            36,500,000        730,000,000
120000            43,800,000        876,000,000
150000            54,750,000     1,095,000,000
