I too purchased stock on these claims of Metal made in USA

I too purchased stock on these claims of Metal made in USASEC,

I bought stock today on the CEO Kahlid Ataya statements about metal being made in the USA. 

Although no details were given on location, state, by who, or anything what so ever on details, I bought shares based on these statements made by Kahlid Ataya the CEO on his recommendation alone.

Does anyone have any details of the production and statements made by Kahlid Ataya about production in the USA which would require notification to the SEC in a filing and I see none but took his word on this purchase.
