Cost of money
All this talk about a "Rising interest rate enviroment"   and the Canadian 10 year bond has fallen from 3.6% to 2.65% just since June ... The U.S. 10 year bond has fallen from 3.5% in June to 2.65% today. This is even after two "jumbo" rate hikes....   The bond market is telling you that the central banks cant keep raising rates and might in fact have to start cutting in 6 months...
