Cap Clean news today. First Tranche of $0.25 raise closed. What's impressive, the parent company of Cap Clean is trading at $0.11 a share.
The raise issued zero stock to $athr and only stock in Cap Clean. That to me is a breadcrumb that a dividend in the form of a spin out may come in the future! Nice gap to fill in public stock too. Have to think that gap vanishes when deal is fully closed in a week or so.
Could be a fast 200% to be made at $athr, maybe much more by the end of August!
