REIT Talk

REIT TalkQ: It seems to me that in the REIT field, when it comes to IIP.UN, there may be better opportunities & yield in something like "O" in the U.S. Market, or "BSR" or "TCN" on the Cdn. market - Comments?

IIP is up about 10-fold in the past decade, and we like what the company has done, as well as its outlook. But it is not the only option. O has also performed very well and is much larger and also cheaper. We do like TCN a lot, but it is not a REIT. HOM.UN is interesting, though fairly small. We also like CAR.UN and DIR.UN.
