Good call on the dividend increase! Fantastic quarter, I really underestimated them. EBITDA up 62%, EPS more than a double!

You do realize previous quarter EBITDA equals $1.84 per share annualized.

So lets assume annual EBITDA comes in @ $1.50 per share..for 2022 what is fair value?.. I think over $6 per share and I am being conservative.

If the company is not privatized I am hoping for a special dividend of at least .25 cents per share to go along with current dividend.
