@biggdogg The engineering firm can come up with the lastest processing plant with all the bells and whistles, the key element is how will they finance? The current CFO has raised over a billion dollars in his career. Is he capable of orchestrating institutional financing to permit such a large scale operation? Once again, boils down to management credibility.
