just a thought on the goldstorm metals spinout - Goldstorm will acquire the Crown Property in consideration for Goldstorm issuing 49,399,999 Goldstorm Shares to Tudor Gold.
In the event that tudor is taken over, I suspect the 49,399,999 million shares of gold storm metals it holds will not be part of the deal. I suspect they will be distributed to the tudor shareholders.
In my estimation, one of the main reasons for the spinout of goldstorm metals was meant to ensure that tudor's other property assets would not be taken out for virtually pennies on the dollar or 0 cents on the dollar. If I am correct, a tudor buyout could allow teuton to pick up one goldstorm metals share for just over every 4 tudor shares it holds...
Of course, any further tudor share dilution would reduce the number of goldstorm metals shares it would receive...
