totally confused now!!! Who EXACTLY gets what and when!!!! We now have Tudor and goldstorm metals pp's, Warrants, options,. 258 and. 251 spinouts, etc..... clear plain English is needed...... How many shares will Gs metals have out? 150 million????? 50 million????
