Bottom line is Dave and Bill went to the DR to find out where GQC stands and left empty handed so much so that Dave throws in the towel and steps down as CEO as did Bill ,Julio and now dave.No one wants to be CEO under the current gov in the DR.Then GQC throws a bone to shareholders of an exploration program that has never been started as far as I can see.Now Burlguy states what I have been saying Luis is not going to grant a permit and risk votes.So its game over for GQC unless they file arbitration that Bill told me they would do 4 yrs ago.That too has never happened.
