whY YA worryinhg about SEA?!?!?!? we strugglin to stay above $1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lets worry about TUD!!! SEA has money................and a $1.5B mkt cap.....................we are out beggin for $7 or $10 million!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! at multi year lows!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think we should just accept a takeout at $4/share and move on.
