RepliCel Life Sciences Inc. is a Canada-based regenerative medicine company. The Company is focused on developing cell therapies for aesthetic and orthopedic conditions, including aging/sun-damaged skin, pattern baldness, and chronic tendon degeneration. It has also developed an injection device, DermaPrecise, which improves the administration of its cell therapy products and certain other injectables.

RE:RE:AUG 24 AGM cancelledMetzger, I love the optimism.  Yes October would suite managment better than late August.  Reason being is at the moment they don't have answers to the questions that would be asked at a AGM.
 
Question 1: When will they be applying for FDA Approval for Dermaprecise ?

Question 2:   What is managements opinion of the outcome of the Shiseido Arbitration ?  After 10 months (today) they must have some sense of what direction this is going to go.....deal, compensation, return of the license or other.

We wait....the countdown begins.....60 days and we will finally have some answers.
