RE:Filed . Done and done .wow 35,966,666 shares dilution in one go at rock bottom share price. That is 66% increase in the shares outstanding. I guess this is what you would expect from a management team with little skin in the game. A Feb 2021 presentation (John Tumazos very independent research) showed that management and board owns 2.3 million shares which works out to 2.5% and which decreases with each financing . At that time the company had 39.2 million shares outstanding and the CEO compared Viva to Fiore Gold and Northern Vertex as having similar 40-50,000 oz/yr production profile. Viva was trading at one tenth the market cap of Fiore and Northern Vertex and so supposedly had 10x upside by going into production. Well guess what, as would be expected with management with little skin in the game, they are focussed on growth in market cap and not growth in share price. Who friggin cares if the market cap goes up 10X and the share price goes sideways. Already the shares outstanding have increased from 39 million to 91 million and they are not significantly closer to production. How many shares outstanding by the time they get into production ? 300 million ? That would be close to 8X increase in shares outstanding from the 39 million shares in feb 2021 and this would eat up most of the 10x gap between Viva and Fiore/Northern Vertex.
