Yes agreed, the frustration of watching peer companies SP appreciate while we stay stagnant has become too hard to watch. Liquidated 42k shares today to pivot into more favourable organizations. Its been a pleasure.

There needs to be a transition of Terry out of the company, bring in competent leadership. This will need to be anitiated by the investors as the board has failed to recognize these needs.
