RE:2rbc is buying again.Ya I saw that. It's a large order placed by RBC. Maybe Chuck wants to buy cheap or backstop it. He has time to file .. He doesnt' have to right away...

But something to keep an eye on. It's not 100% that it's him.. But it was RBC last time..

End of summer almost here hopefully we get this going soon.
