RE:RE:RE:RLG merging with shell company????????????????????????????If you do a simple analysis on the deal it goes like this.

DLV has a listing and $1,900,000 in the bank.  That's it, that's all.  It might trade with a $7.5 million market cap, but it trades by appointment.  The real value of the company to RLG is $1.9 million and zero value for the shell.  $1.9 million divided by 15 million shares is $0.127 per share.

Given that RLG gets 0.1215 of a share, that works out to $0.015 per share.   It's a tough deal for RLG shareholders, but it may be the best that could be done.

But the real value to the deal is that RLG gets an ability to finance again which they couldn't do anymore in this market, which is brutal.

I might consider buying the flow through, but it is all taken by DLV insiders.

Gotta love this junior market.
