The Q4 results will be out soon and they will most likely confirm that Spark is experiencing a major slowdown in ad sales. The CEO already warned following the Q3 results that QoQ and YoY for Q4 the company will see a significant drop due to moving forward certain revenues. I am hoping to be wrong but the signs are not good.

Everyone in the ads industry already knew that things are not going well. Why is it a surprise for you? And also because of that, the stock price already dropped from peak 4.2 to 2.7. If you are expecting something worst, you must sell now. Otherwise, I'm speculating that you are a short-seller
