Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. What's wrong with that picture??? Suing your Shareholders because they were mad at a disaster terrible financing ! Shareholders got over it eventually, Roger should too ! The very last thing we need at this point is some very negative publicity and investigations that could come from all of this nonsense.
