RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Lawsuit scam Sometimes your comments SF are purely illogical. My point was, if an entity is doing a "Best Efforts" financing, you don't blab it into the market, especially when you are leaving it open to Retail Shareholders. How many on the "President's List" were advised prior to the announcement? Geez it's an easy score to unload 100,000's shares and reload at much lower prices, and having free trading warrants kicked in !
In regards to your final comment, how the heck am I suppose to predict what the results will be, I certainly don't have any insider knowledge ! I sure hope the results are good.
Like I said, Roger should drop this whole mess before it gets really ugly, and ends up costing Shareholders a ton of money in legal fees.

I share what I found on the public arena. Have no link whatsoever with TLT. Funny that you can't even understand that basic and simple concept. And that you're too lazy to do a minimum of digging and share it with others, because these boards are all about this; sharing information that gives us more perspectives regarding our investment.
As for the 2019 pp, again, it's only your opinion that it could have been done at much better conditions because you simply don't provide any other facts that would prove you right. So keep playing the armchair quarterback behind your keyboard, just like Bungee did.
As for you being sued, then that's your problem. Not ours. It's always like that with those that get sued. They hide behind freedom of speech, thinking they can say anything, hide behind "I was only protecting shareholders", etc ....
If you missed your entry point, than be it. Assume yourself. And if you incited others to join, at a poor timing, then assume yoruself. You'd be doing high fives if you had them invested after that "disastrous" pp. At least, they had a chance to add more at 0.16$, 0.20$, 0.25$. Did they, considering that they invested because they believed in the science?
One last thing, you playing the armchair quarterback; Tell us what will precisely look like the upcoming clinical data? Then, we'll judge you on your call, after the fact.
