RE:RE:RE:RE:Vote questionA more likely scenario may be an offer of $10+ but with a large percentage of it in stock. I know that it is set uo for am "all cash" deal but I don't quite see how. Is it just through the controlling of the majority of shares by insiders?
An offer of 0.5 Barrick stock per share might change the minds of some of the larger shareholders. It would certainly bear consideration and thanks to ilovexau for indicating that an offer like that would need to be presented,
