RE:July activity update

Just checked TC website. When I looked at it a few months ago the anticipated date in service was Q2 2022 but now it's Q3 2023. The one year delay was because of Covid which postponed the spring 2020 meeting between federal officials and local native leaders.
We had no masks in Canada at that time, lol. But what caused another year of delays is not clear. One can click on project details and see the map, etc., but it looks like it is outdated still showing 2021.
