Doesnt help matters that when normal decline in sp after a large increase is looked worse upon due to the insane BS levels of pumping that went on here. $76/ a share give me a break.
Will the collaps of SP stop when the agm is done and everything is known about the spin out? Doubt it. Rest of this week will be down down down.
A sane person analyzes the data and reality around the situation. A lot of investors are exiting their positions before the spinout and AGM to lock in profits and avoid any unexpected news out of the AGM. The spinout for them is irrelevant they either feel its value is baked in to the current share price and will only lose value afterwards or they simply don't see the value in it. I do a lot of spinout investing and this kind of price movement isn't unusual at all. The only unusual thing I saw was the rapid price jump over $4, but I attributed that to expectations of bigger news out of the Hydrogen announcement and the pullback to busted expectations of what that was going to be.
