RE:RE:RE:RE:Shareholder RightsThey work on contingency.   They get nothing for a shareholder class action unless they collect an award from the court.    Usually about 30% of the total award.  It's up to the judge actually to determine how muc the plaintiffs get,  and approve the settlement.
