RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Potential I'm not here for fame, just fortune and some dialog. Reits payout 90%, Y doesn't need funds to grow, it's done paying down debt. Cash in the bank would have no purpose. It's time to return something to shareholders. They are doing that in spades with the buybacks, dividend boost is next! I don't see a buyout, they can't screw shareholders with a lot of money in the bank, that only happens when a company is in distress. They would have to sweeten the deal substantially, just like a takeover bid. As for the warrants, it was another poster whom inclined a extended expiry date extension. Don't think that will happen, but a lot can happen in the next three months. We will see.
