Typically on the 10th, probably next Monday should be the next monthly dividend announcement. 

This could be their time to up it, or at least add an additional cookie to their statement.

I've come this far and it's done me well, why jump off the building now into some unknown company. 

My mind numbing method is just replaying simple questions about where things are at:

Did we pay off more debt ? Did we cross over into phase 3 of under the 50 million left owing ? Is the dividend sustainable ? Have the oil prices been good ? Has management communicated that things will only get better for its investors ?


Yes Yes Yes Yes and Yes

Why be anywhere else ?
