Even Rekor outperformed the market, closing at $1.10 (-0.90%). There are hundreds of investors on Rekor boards waiting to discuss penny stocks with the little guy, weegee.  If their tech is half as good as they say it is (https://finance.yahoo.com/news/rekor-president-david-desharnais-discuss-113000008.html), some smart company may be able to pick it up for pennies onthe dolllar.  Now there's a penny stock!
