FLYHT-WVSS-II is an externally mounted aircraft sensor that detects and reports water vapor as relative humidity. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, CrossConsense, offers skilled services to the commercial aviation industry.

The Bid and Ask are both at 94 cents and it is 7:52 am. The significance of this is that discount retail traders cannot put orders in before 8 am, so this is the big boys. Now, they could just be playing games and the bid/ask could be different by the time trading starts. Since I am a bit of a Pollyanna (I will not see your derisive comment Ray, since you are permently on ignore), I am thinking its because of the insider buying.
